Shipping policy

Purple Banana is preorder based. Our turnaround time is based on each product. Manufactured items, such as claw clips, can take 8-12 weeks plus ship time. This allows our manufacturers enough time to create and ship our bulk orders, as well as giving us the time to quality check them and pack them in order of when they were purchased.

Handmade items, such as earrings and other acrylic items can take up to 4 weeks plus shiptime. Having our acrylic items made to order helps us reduce acrylic waste and the preorder time frame gives us time to laser cut and hand assemble each piece.

If you ordered a ready to ship item at any time throughout the month, that will typically take 1-2 weeks to ship out. International orders are NOT guaranteed within this time frame to allow for any issues with customs. Intl orders are not guaranteed to arrive before any holidays.
